The office assistant is responsible for being the voice of Max Roofing as first point of contact. We are looking for a happy person to provide friendly and helpful service to our leads and existing customers. They will be responsible for managing the schedules of our sales team and also overseeing the scheduling for installations, repairs and insurance adjuster appointments and updating homeowners as necessary. You will also oversee all of the customers and ensure that everyone is being processed through all the appropriate status in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for tracking payroll and managing the commissions being paid to the sales team. You will learn how to review insurance reports and review them for each customer. The office admin will also order materials and coordinate with the supplier for delivery schedules. The office admin will oversee the company’s processes in all areas from start to finish of each customer’s job.
