Does your team provide complimentary roof inspections/assessments?
Yes! Max Roofing Company will perform a roof observation survey and evaluate the major components of your roofing system. If we don’t observe any deficiencies GREAT! If we do notice them we will make note of what we see and submit our findings back to you for your records. Are you ready to ensure your building is in good condition?
What does your preventative maintenance plan entail?
We refer to our maintenance program as, Max Roofing Roof Assurance. our program provides scheduled inspections and minor maintenance that helps you complete the minimum warranty requirements by most major manufacturers in maintaining your warranty
What is your typical response time on an average service call?

Our Commercial Service team has a 24/7 emergency response time.

What services can a commercial service crew perform other than repair?
Our trained commercial roofing service crews provide other services apart from leak investigation and repair like: cleaning gutters, up-fit services for roof top equipment, roof drainage management and more!
Can your team provide budget numbers for roof replacement projects?
Absolutely! If you are trying to do capital planning or future budgeting for expenses we would love to help you with strategic plans for your future roofing needs.
Do you take before and after photos or provide a map when making repairs?
Yes! We document our process from start to finish for our customers. If there are any specifics a customer would like to see be sure to share that with the Max Roofing team so we can provide you with all the necessary information!
Do you repair and service manufacturer warranted roofs?
Max Roofing Company is a licensed applicator or all major roofing manufacturers. This allows us to service as well as provided repairs to existing warranted roofs.
What do we mean when we say qualified contractor?
When we say we are a qualified contractor, that means we have been approved as one of the top installers of the roofing products we are installing on your building by people outside of our business!

Residential FAQs

Do you offer free estimates or inspections?
We do offer free estimates for repair or replacement of all of our residential services. If you are interested in an inspection, we offer two options. A Level I inspection is a free inspection that will check for any problem areas or hail damage. A Level II inspection includes a formal write up of the overall roof condition, any problem areas, and photos. This more formal and comprehensive inspection does have a fee of $400.
Do you offer financing?
Yes! We do have financing options available through Medallion Bank.
Is there a warranty on residential work performed by your team?
Yes! As certified installers of all major manufacturers, we follow installation guidelines to the letter to ensure the warranty is effective. In addition, we have a 10 year workmanship warranty.
What shingle brands do you offer?
We are top level, certified installers of Owens Corning, Atlas, CertainTeed, and GAF.
